Well this week saw the release of the Labour budget.
I would have to say I’m not a fan of what the budget entails.
I have read the budget release and other notes that have come out with the budget.
This budget has nothing in it for anyone in particular.
There are no winners in this budget. If you are a family you get a couple of extra dollars but no tax cuts, actually tax increase of 2.5%.
Businesses who were supposed to get a 1% cut from the tax rate, had this promise scrapped.
All I can really see in this budget is….. Nothing. I honestly believe that this is the worst budget I have seen and all that to only get a $1.5billion dollar surplus that will be spent in a month.
This is a budget that the government is trying to use to win votes based on the small bonus they are giving families but taking it back with tax rate increases. DO NOT fall for this. The government is not giving us a surplus as it is what is best, but just to win votes.
